The Florida Department of Health, Bureau of HIV/AIDS will be presenting an awareness event for NNHAAD in conjunction with the local Native American population. This event will include drums, dancers, and educational materials appropriate for this population to encourage testing and prevention. The event is planned to honor all of Florida's Native Americans and is free to anyone wishing to participate. This is the day of the month where the most American Indians from the Seminole Tribe of Florida visit the health department to get information on health and a good time to share information about HIV/AIDS in the Native population.
