MINNEAPOLIS

National Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Breakfast and Play  
Breakfast followed by a play entitled "We Got Played", which was written and will be performed by the Indigenous Peoples Task Force's Ogitchidag theater group under the direction of Joy Rivera. Students performing the play are peer educators and work with other youth on reducing risky behaviors through artistic expression. The actors will link smoking cessation and prevention to HIV and how it affects our bodies. This event was sponsored by the Minnesota Department of Health HIV/AIDS Section and Office of Minority and Multicultural Health.
