Program: Red Circle Project
Description of Program: The Red Circle Project (RCP) offers an HIV prevention curriculum that focuses on behavior change. Group intervention and HIV testing referrals are also provided. Initially, the Red Circle Project targeted Native men who have sex with men (MSM)/Two-Spirit individuals. In October 2007, the program began working with Native American members of other risk populations.

Asian & Pacific Islander AIDS Intervention Team
Program: APAIT Prevention Programs, Being Positive (CARE) Programs
Description of Program: The APAIT Prevention Programs include: ATOMIC (Asian Together Overcoming Meth in Our Communities) Program, HERO (HIV Endeavor for Reaching Out) Men's Program, HYPE (HIV Youth Prevention Education), Positive Images Prevention for Positives Program, STAR (Serving Transgenders At-Risk), Time Out Prevention Case Management Services and the Sisterhood Program. Their treatment and care programs for positive clients include: Case Management Services, Emotional Support and Mental Health Services, HIV Support, Treatment Advocacy and Adherence Program. HIV testing and counseling is also available.

Asian & Pacific Islander Wellness Organization
Program: HIV Prevention & Living with HIV
Description of Program: A&PI Wellness Center's HIV Care Services provides free and confidential HIV treatment case management, mental health and substance abuse counseling, on-site primary medical and psychiatric care, client and treatment advocacy, and group and individual support to A&PIs living with HIV/AIDS. The Center's HIV/STD Prevention Services reaches youth (straight, queer and questioning), gay and bisexual men, and transgender persons through community organizing and outreach, workshops and support groups, peer counseling, and prevention case management. They offer HIV/STD/Hepatitis testing, support groups, social marketing and health promotion campaigns, community events, internships, and volunteer opportunities.

Native American AIDS Project
Program: Native American AIDS Project
Description of Program: NAAP utilizes traditional healers to meet the needs of clients who have been ostracized from communities or families of origin because of HIV status, substance abuse, sexual orientation, or gender identity. NAAP provides prevention case management, individual risk reduction counseling, talking circles, venue-based street and group outreach, traditional healing, and community events.

Program: Circle of Healing; Shake the Feathers
Description of Program: Circle of Healing is an HIV/AIDS program that exists to provide services for those living with HIV/AIDS and their loved ones in a caring, supportive, culturally-rich, and community-focused environment. HIV testing, counseling, and referral services are available. Shake the Feathers is an HIV prevention outreach program focused on Native LGBTTS individuals.
