Program: Community Health Division HIV/AIDS Prevention Program
Description of Program: The Prevention Program mission is to provide HIV education and testing to Native people on reservations. The program staff also operate a confidential HIV "hotline".

Pokagon Band of Potowatomi
Program: Pokagon Band Contract Health Services
Description of Program: The Pokagon Band Contract Health Services (CHS) provides HIV testing and counseling as well as Hepatitis C testing to enrolled members in Allegan, Berrien, Cass and Van Buren counties in Michigan and Elkhart, Kosciusko, LaPorte, Marshall, Starke and St. Joseph counties in Indiana.
