Fond Du Lac Human Services
Program: Fond Du Lac Human Services Division, Public Health Nursing
Description of Program: The Public Health Nursing Department offers community information and outreach on HIV prevention. The Min No Aya Win Center, located on the Fond Du Lac reservation, and the Center for American Indian Resources (CAIR) located in Duluth, Minnesota both offer HIV counseling and testing and are both wellness centers under the Fond Du Lac Human Services Division of the Fond Du Lac reservation.

Indigenous People's Task Force
Program: HIV Programs
Description of Program: The Indigenous Peoples's Task Force (IPTF) provides HIV/STD risk reduction prevention, street outreach, health education, and individual and group intervention. IPTF is a Native American provider of HIV education and direct services to the Native community in Minnesota. HIV Native American specific programs include: Ganawenima Case Management, Ogitchidag Gikin ooamaagad Peer Education Program, Injection Drug Use (IDU) Program, Two-Spirit Risk Reduction Program, and a Women's Program.
